    Ostarine vs S4

    Recently did a triple stack and doing my PCT now. I want to run another 8wk cycle with GW and either ostarine or s4. I know most will say do all 3 again, but i want to try one or the other with GW. Which one, ost or s4, is the least suppressive to test or are they the same? I am actually looking for more strength, not so much size. Thanks!

    bro i would say osta is least suppressive from the choice provided...ostabolic/cardarine is a good combo...

    Ostarine is less suppressive of natural testosterone production and HPTA but S4 is better for strength gains.

    If you are looking for strength gains, cardarine GW + LGD would be your best option.

    Weeks 1 - 8
    cardarine GW 20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM)
    LGD 10mg/day
    HCGenerate 5 capsules/day

    After your cycle run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
    clomid at 25mg/day
    nolvadex at 20mg/day
    HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
    n2guard at 3 capsules/day

    I am not looking for size as I am big enough. I don't bodybuild, I do crossfit. Lgd, could it be run at 5mg and still get benefits? I am leaning towards ost with ge I think.

    With LGD you will get quite some mass. The ostarine is the least suppressive, but S4 will give you the best strength increase, so if you want lean mass and strength - S4 is the best choice.

    osta would be better in a pct protocol, around 20mg/day

    Thanks! But question, if ostarine is suppressive (minimally), why would you put it in a pct? Wouldn't you have to run a pct after your pct?

    bro the muscle keeping benefits, anti catabolic benefits, muscle gains benefits, and joint benefits outweigh any any tiny suppression....especially post cycle when you slamming clomid hcgenerate and everything else that boosts test brother...

    Exactly that - the benefits of ostarine by far outweigh the possible problems with it.

    Exactly this. It is VERY minimally suppressive. Like 5% or less.
