    Overtraining / Deload

    During this sensible phase we should reduce workout, no cardio, and eat enought calories to keep anabolic .
    Im usinf DHEA, Gaba; Mealtonin, Magnesium. Calcium, B Complex

    On cycle should i keep all i use ? since i will not train as hard? should i drop anabolics like tranbolone or anadrol , M1T?

    you didn't read my post at all. you want to actually eat less, not more during rest. the more food you throw at your body the more stress you are putting on it which completely defeats the purpose. this whole anabolic/catabolic bs that people say is bro science. if you stayed anabolic 24/7 you would be 1000 pounds of rock hard muscle by now. it is impossible and you would be dead long before that happened

    again until you understand that concept you will never repair your body!

    I would only use the steroids if you are able to train in a gym or have a great home gym setup. Focus on the diet and preventing fat gain.
