hot yoga and an inversion table are 2 requirements for every weight lifter.

weight training causes COMPRESSION, destroy mobility and flexibility. those 2 things above cause DE-COMRPESSION and improve mobility and flexibility.

I gusss I’ll perform the hot yoga in my garage. Since I live in the south it’s super hot and the humidity is high lol. I might only last 30 minutes. I can’t really go to any classes right now.
 
Quick update!

I’m feeling better. My left peck and shoulder just feel stiff. I’m able to do a push up without any pain. And I can flex both pecks as well.

I have been trying to do some research on rehab exercises for my chest. I’ve found a couple videos and articles. Is there anything specific you guys would recommend?
Stretching and static holds after workouts. Sounds like you have mobility issues
