    pinning in quads ?

    I'm on my first cycle on 8th week of testosterone and i've been relying on hitting my glutes this entire time, now starting to get some scar tissue, i can feel it in the spot. i need to hit more areas, what do you think about trying the quads or is that area too dangerous to mess with because of all the veins?

    I pin quads all the time. My trt doctor showed me exactly where to pin in the quads.

    It's not as painless as glutes. Lot of nerves so you hit a lot of spots that sting. There are more veins to knick on the way in but once you are in there you are good just like any other muscle. No big deal. There are lots of spots to inject on the quad. The pic above is one of the better spots.

    Also try delts. Easy to hit and very painless for the most part. I don't like to put more than 1ml in there because it's a smaller muscle.

    I rotate delts and gluten. Delts are easy to hit and I rarely get pip.

    Funny thing is I injected quads for months with no issues but then heard horror stories of shit like people hitting a nerve making their leg jump and breaking the needle off. Haven't pinned quads in about a year lol

    You should always rotate sites. So not glutes ALL the time

    I prefer shoulder rear delt but i do on glutes and vastus laterals on legs , is the hard of the 3 spots but if you do on the upper vastus laterals near glute is softer , and you can go down until midlle of leg

    Traps and lats scare me. Iím a pec, delt and vg type guy. I will agree with Steve, pecs are very easy to do
