a month ago I was doing some shoveling and some concrete ended up causing my shoulder to twist. before that I was training religiously 4 to 5 times a week. but now I can only train maybe once or twice a week before my shoulder starts hurting
Do you recommend i use sarms to boost healing? Besides nutrobal m677 do you recommend i stack in another sarm too or should i try HGH or peptides?
