    post workout insulin shake

    Here is what was recommended I take post workout along with 10IU's of insulin, this should prevent me from going hypo and give me some nice gains right? Dextrose, creatine, L citrulline and glycerol. all mixed together in a glass of whey protein powder and milk. do you think that will help me grow post workout?

    Ding ding we have a winner! Post workout insulin shake should consist of 25-30g of protein or a little more depending on your current weight and you should start with 10g of carbs per IU of insulin. So if you take 10 then you should consume 100g of carbs. That is on the higher end but you want to start there to see how you react. You can then probably lower it to 5g of carbs per IU of insulin once you get use to it. Stay away from fats after taking insulin shot. Consume as little fat as possible. One hour after shake you should consume another lean protein source like chicken or lean beef with 50-100g of carbs from rice or sweet potato or something similar.

    Insulin . hgh or any steroid NEVER EVER PUT YOU FAT. The only way to gain fat or lose fat is eat to much or eat to less. FOOD. And biggest problem this days people see videos of pros eating alot junk food and they do the same because if he grows that way i can grow to ( bad information ), they dont tell you all they use, lots of hgh, insulin , t3, dnp and and many other dangerous drugs to increase the metabolism.

    All of you remember when cell tech arrives the market, they said use this and you will gain alot of mass (cell tech is dextrose with creatine) . But they dont tell you all (top athletes use post workout and intra shakes with alot of carbs but they take insulin to push all to the muscle. If a newbie do that whitout using insulin he will get fat and probably diabetic.

    Insulin is VERY DANGEROUS CAN KILL YOU.
