    Pre-workout addict

    I like craze2 by driven sports and prosupps Dr. Hyde some times I just take 3grams tyrosine with ephidrine caffeine niacin makes good pumps but makes me look like a lobster any other homemade preworkout ideas?

    I use l-citrulline malate, beta alanine, taurine, caffeine, l-theanine, l-tyrosine, and bcaa's in my homemade preworkout. It works, but it doesn't taste fantastic.

    you will get addicted to preworkouts man. and you will find yourself needing more and more and more as a normal dosage will not work on you anymore. that is why you see people who need 6 cups of coffee a day just to function. it is amazing to me how these stim based pre workouts are even legal, they are dangerous and absolutely wreck your heart

    i over used pre workouts so i cant tolerate much... i really only use the c4 on the go and cardazol...

    I hear that any pre-workout with N-methyl-1-phenylpropan-2-amine in is really good! Try reading ingredient lists to see if it is present, if not you can always add it yourself.
