Proper Arimidex Dose for 500week Test?

Hello all,

Starting a blast of 500 test a week, I have access to arimidex and was wondering what the best dose and schedule to take Arimidex with a 12 week cycle of 500 TEST Cyp a week.

This will depend, each user will respond differently, running an AI is not always necessary either. Running Tomax in place of is used as well, depends on the goal..

if we were to split this down the middle as a cookie cutter starting dose as a suggestion.. 1/2mg (.5) 2 x a week on injections days, with 500 split by x 2..
From there get bloods around 5 weeks, AI's take a bit of time to work anyhow, by then you will have full testosterone saturation, and peak blood serums (not to be mistaken as cMax levels after injection, that's a different peak serum).
5 weeks is a good window time frame when everything is just about at fully force, working, from there out with the 5-6+ weeks following is where you will start to see the changes with sides, and where adjustments might need to be made, bloods will go a LONG way..

everyone is different... for some, arimidex isnt even strong enough and for some its perfect... a good starting point is .5 mg eod but you need to assess for how YOUR body responds...

Dylan gave you a good dose to start with but as he and the others have pointed out, you need to assess how you respond through bloodwork to help you adequately adjust your dosing

0.25mgs arimidex eD or 0.5mgs eod try the dose and see how you feel.
