Fellas,

It’s that time again!

37 yr old male, 5’9 approx 170 at 10% BF

I am logging some PSL products along with N2generate in my PCT. I will be logging Test E and Tren Ace for PSL. My entire cycle and all ancillaries are PSL.

Current cycle is as follows:

Weeks 1-12: Test E 375mg per week
Weeks 1-12: Proviron 50mg per day (25 am and 25 pm)
Weeks 2-11: Tren Ace 225 per week
Weeks 1-14: Aromasin 10mg e3d
Weeks 2-11: Caber 0.25 twice per week
Weeks 12-14: HCG 1000ius split 3x per week
Pct weeks 15-20:
clomid 50/50/50/25/25/25
Nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20
Aromasin e3d to taper
N2generate

I have 1 full week of the Test E and Proviron under my belt already and I will be pinning the Tren A tomorrow morning.

Goal of this cycle is lean gains as always. Hoping to put on a solid 3-6 pounds of lean muscle. I will be eating in a clean surplus of approx 500 cals.

I will be pulling bloods approx 6 weeks in to show Test levels with the PSL Test E and I will be logging results from Tren A.

Diet is all whole, real foods that are organic. I will elaborate on specifics when I have a little more time. Protein will stay at 250g plus and carbs moderate to high. Obviously carbs will be lower on non training days. Healthy fats will stay at moderate.

Training is 5x per week and I’m currently doing a push/pull split that allows me to punish each muscle group twice a week. Rep range is periodized to a degree....but the focus is the hypertrophy rep range

Pinned the tren ace this morning and killed the workout at lunch. I do feel the tren in my system already. Not a bad feeling....just feeling my body in a very active state.
 
So not a whole lot to update at this point.

2 weeks of Test E and Proviron down and 1 week of Tren A down.

Workouts have been strong but no substantial strength gains just yet. I anticipate I will begin to see those next week as it will be 3rd week of Test and Proviron and 2nd week of Tren A.

Sleep has been fine, body temperature definitely running hot (as to be expected on Tren) and heart rate slightly increased. All in all I feel great.

Diet has been on point (as it always is) but have started eating in a slight surplus. I will ramp the surplus so that my body adjusts to the incremental food intake.

I will update as things change and will be adding additional pics!

Vascularity has definitely improved and weight is up a few pounds. Workouts are intense and strengths has slightly increased. Sex drive is that of a serial killer [emoji15].

Running hot but sleeping like a log, so no insomnia this far and no pronounced night sweats yet. Heart rate is elevated but nothing crazy.

Just wanted to give some small updates before we get into the meat of the cycle, gentlemen......and I use that term VERY loosely with you all :)

Good job man, good job..... Popped your cherry and i'm glad it's going good for you... Sounds like the "pornstar stack" to me man..... I'll be jumping on behind you real soon... Gotta get ready for the summer....

I told you the tren wasn't all that bad... maybe need to look into running it at 300/wk and see how you feel..... I'm gonna run mine off jump at 300/wk....
 
Been extremely busy lately, fellas. But things are slowing down and I will be able to update more.

I am nearing the end of 4th week of Test and Proviron and the 3rd full week of Tren. Strength is definitely up and physique is starting to change for sure. Vascularity has improved without a doubt and muscle hardening is beginning. Workouts have been super intense but not nearly as intense as my sexy drive lol.

I will be adding more pics of total physique this upcoming week as I will have more time then. But I took this quick leg shot here in the car now as I wait for my daughter at an event.

We are in the meat of the cycle now boys and updates will be much more frequent.
