I’ve heard how Cardarine will make you weaker and decrease power due to making your muscle transition from fast twitch to slow twitch muscle fibers. Knowing this I’ll assume that if I took Cardarine by itself it would decrease my power output but increase my stamina. If I added in something like an LGD or a RAD-140 would these compounds make up for that loss in strength/transition to slow twitch muscle fibers? And at that point, would it be better to just run a sarm strength stack for a few months and then run Cardarine after with the PCT or would it be fine to run them all together? Goal is to lean out while trying my best to maintain power and explosion. Give me thoughts/opinions/comments. Thanks!

I also forgot to mention that my initial goal is to run a Cardarine only cycle but I’m hesitant because I don’t want to lose explosion and power.
