    Question about Gyno

I'm looking into getting the gyno surgery. It's long overdue. Does anyone have any tips on who to go to or how to assess each doc? I'm in Houston, TX.

You should look for a doctor who has done gynecomastia surgeries before. That's not easy to find but you can look thru the local list and ask them for experience on the issue.

If your gyno isn't too bad you can do the anti gyno protocol, tamoxifen+letrozol+yohimflame on the nipple, try it for 6-8 weeks usually helps get rid of the gyno.
If it's really really bad you might need surgery though.

I'm not from your area but I can give you a suggestion when you speak to any surgeon, before your procedure and you're sitting down talking about what's to be expected, be sure that you want them to be clear with knowing that you want all of the glandular duct tissue removed and scraped, not just removing the mass, you want to have the glandular duct tissue scraped and removed, all of it so there will never again be a reoccurrence. If there is anything left behind even if it is not inflamed it can be problematic down the road. Look at it the same way a female would get a hysterectomy, you're removing everything and anything that would be related to potential growth. When a woman gets a hysterectomy it is impossible to get pregnant. If you get everything scraped and cleaned out it would be impossible to get a reoccurrence.
If you have decent insurance you can get it covered but your physician has to make a referral, when you speak to your physician tell him that it's painful, and that it affects your way of life with everything that you do.
This way they are able to write it off as non-cosmetic.

Before you do operation, consider treating with tamoxifen, letrozol, yohimflame, for 8 weeks
