Questions about EQ and Test E

Hey Guys,

I am new to posting on this forum but have read many threads and posts previously. I am relatively new to the PED world although I have been on TRT over a year now and have done a short Test E and Primobolan cycle in the recent past.

I am about 5'5 190 pounds, 14% body fat. I just started a Test E 250mg per week/EQ 300mg Week cycle about 5 weeks ago and added 300mg Week of Primobolan the last two weeks. During the last 5 weeks I have also been taking 15mg of Ostarine per day and increased that to 30mg QD this past week.

I have noticed that some lethargy has set in recently over the last couple of weeks. Now, yes I did have a sinus infection for over a week but my diet hasn't been bad and I am getting adequate sleep. But, I do have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine.

So, my question is...could the EQ be causing this lethargy and is my dose of Test too low being on these other 3 compounds? I am trying to recomp and get a harder look to my physique and lose body fat while keeping the muscle mass that I have.

Any insight to this issue would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking about stopping the EQ as I didn't feel this way when taking Primo and Test in the past. Or could it be the Ostarine? So, could EQ be causing this tiredness and what should I do?

Thanks.

Eq shouldn't be causing lethargy, especially at such a low dose. My money would be on the Ostarine. You didn't mention an AI. Some people don't an aromatase at these low doses, are you one of those lucky individuals?

No, I am taking Arimidex 0.5mg every other day right now so I don't think it is my Estrogen levels. Maybe it is the Ostarine? I was thinking that as the second possible culprit. Maybe I should cut that out and see how I feel? And I am taking low doses just to test the waters for 12-15 weeks and see how my receptors respond to these compounds before I really go hard with high doses. Thoughts?

Id bet its the adex doin it. Been there done that. Thats alot .5 eod. Drop it for a couple weeks then get bloodwork and start over if necessary.

What if I just used the Arimidex twice per week? The last time I got my bloodwork done my Estrogen was 16. So, do you think I should continue everything as is or should I decrease the Adex or stop the Ostarine?

I cant tell u what to do. All I can tell u is that if I take more than .25 twice a week, I feel exactly how u explain.

I agree with Sam on this. Some people can't simply handle that much and your estrogen levels might actually be too low.
So get your bloods done again and see where you at.

EQ is well known to increase hematocrit levels. Without blood work I suspect your hematocrit is probably high.

Go give blood to lower it

Get some blood work done especially estrogen levels. In almost all cases, the lethargy is from estrogen being too low. The AI's we are all using are very powerful compounds...we shouldn't take them for granted. No one size fits all when it comes to dosages. .5 ADEX twice a week is more than enough to crash some people's E2 levels on just 250mg/test. And god forbid if your test is underdosed, then your E2 level is going to be crazy crashed. Just some ideas and thoughts. End of the day, get some blood work done bro.

Thanks for all of your input so far guys. The thing is I just got bloodwork done about a month ago and my Estrogen was within normal limits at 16. But, I know it can change a lot with continued use of anabolics. I will get my bloodwork done again soon. Also, to answer one of your questions, I just turned 43 years old. I feel like such shit I am thinking about just dropping the EQ and Ostarine and just staying on the Test E and Primo. Thoughts on this? And then maybe take some time off from Arimidex until I feel better.

Some may disagree but i say when we're running these compounds our estrogen should be a little on the high side. I dont mean crazy high like in the high 100s but 16 while on cycle is far too low imo

Estrogen at 16 is very low and certainly could be enough to make you feel tired. Reference ranges are just that...ranges. The most important thing is how you feel. Perhaps a higher estrogen level is what you need. I like to run as little AI as possible...just enough to keep potential water retention, high BP, and any signs of itchy nipples away....for me...I can achieve that even at E levels in the 40-70 range which is technically too high.

I used to be into chasing numbers on the blood panels but recently got away from that and I feel so much better when I am on cycle as a result.

Which method did you employ to determine your percentage of body fat, GeneticFreak23? And does the "23" in your moniker allude to your being 23-years-old?
Thank you, sir.

Yeah, I'm 43 and I get my body fat % checked every three months by my doctor via a machine that he has. He is a MD and Hormone Specialist and the machine he uses I believe is very legit.
