    RAD and LGD cycle

    Hey guys
    So I'm 24, 218 pounds at 17% body fat. I recently lost a significant amount of body weight (90ish lbs) and am looking to throw on some lean mass and get my lifts back up. I've been bouncing some cycle ideas around on the forum so this may sound familiar. I have been lifting very hard and put on 4 pounds of lean mass naturally in the last few months. Currently my daily cals are around 3200 but I plan to bump then up to around 3800-4000. I have been very strict on the diet and will keep it that way. This bulk cycle is obviously going to lead into a nice cut. On Monday I am going to start an LGD and RAD cycle as follows:
    Week 1-3 LGD 10mg ea day
    Week 4-12 LGD 10mg ea day
    RAD 10mg ea day
    Plus I am going to cycle DAA two weeks on, one week off throughout because of read about feeling lethargic and tired from test suppression.
    I was wondering if anyone had done a similar cycle and what the results would be like? Also suggestions are definitely welcome.

    Was there a typo in your post? You posted this -
    Week 1-3 LGD 10mg ea day

    The recommended dosage of LGD is 10mg/day so I would use that dosage for the full 12 weeks anyways. 10mg/day is the sweet spot. There is no need to use any other dosage then that.

    Your cycle lay out looks good. I would save the DAA for your mini PCT post cycle. You won't feel any lethargy or tired symptoms when using LGD/RAD140. RAD140 was designed to replace TRT. Your testosterone levels will be significantly HIGHER on cycle. You will have more energy and sex drive on cycle then off because of the RAD 140.

    Rad140 really interested me. @wags on evolutionary.org posted his blood work before and after using Rad140 and his testosterone levels doubled with no increase in estrogen or prolactin.

    I decided to take the plunge and ordered 2 vials from sarms1.com. I took the photos after I finished the first vial. A lot of people are using a dosage of 20mg/day but I used a dosage of just 10mg/day to save some money and make each vial last a full 30 days.

    Here is how I would run your cycle -

    Week 1-12 LGD 10mg ea day
    Week 1-12 RAD140 10-20mg ea day
    Week 13-16 a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com + the DAA you have on hand

    Thanks for the info! There was no typo, I just was gonna hold the LGD at 10mg and then add the RAD in at week 4, that was the only change

    first off great job at losing that 90 pounds

    it is normal to have a drop in strength after losing all that mass. accept it and then work at building it back slowly so you don't injure yourself. I bet you will hit new PR's over time

    SARM's are a great option for you here because you can continue to lose body fat while keeping strength and muscle, that is what they are perfect for.. recomping!

    here is what i would suggest though. either add GW or SR9009 to that stack or take out LGD and add one of those. this way you get the fat burning properties

    Great job so far buddy. I think you will really like LGD with RAD. They are 2 of the stronger SARMs and should really help when bulking. If it was me I would run the RAD at 20mg per day but you can try 10mg and see how you like it.

    I think Steve makes a great point with running GW or SR. This will help you to keep some of the extra fat off leading into your cut.

    90 pounds lost god damn thats impressive. I assume you get the motivation from yourself already to keep pushing forward!

    Thanks for all the advice! and yeah, the results get very addicting. I'm excited about this "cycle" and I think I'm going to post a 12 week log. I have a Tanita BC-1000 scale that I've been using to track progress. I know that they are the least accurate method for body comp analysis, but you can still definitely see trends and know you're heading in the right direction. I think doing a log with a weekly BCA would be really cool.
