In the process of trying to keep red blood cells in check. Which is done by blood donation . Is it possible to have a normal to high red blood cell count and low Iron ?

It is indeed, although that is usually a medical condition that may require iron supplementation. I would see a doctor before starting any iron supplementation though.

yes, if you have low iron and decide to supplement, be very careful.. you do not ever want to overdo it with iron...

high RBC in steroid users is okay on cycle, but when you come off it must go back to normal or you are in trouble. we see a lot of guys on TRT who run too much gear and their #'s are too high. giving blood is great but fixing the root cause is better

in terms of low iron, pretty common problem.. and just throwing more iron at the problem rarely fixes it. gotta fix the underlying issue which is not an easy thing to do

In a word - yes.

All AAS increases RBC. The giving blood is for hematocrit so your blood doesn’t get too thick. It’s not about RBC.
