    Re: Opinions on my diet please.

    You are timing your carbs late in the day and your healthy fat intake is not high enough. Lets redo the diet:

    Meal 1:
    1 cup of egg whites
    1/2 cup of oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    2 scoops of Caseinate protein
    1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

    Meal 3:
    7 oz chicken breast
    1 cup of broccoli
    1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

    Meal 4:
    2 cans of tuna
    1 cup of mixed veggies
    1 cup of broccoli
    1 tbsp. olive oil

    Pre-workout:
    You can do straight Whey protein 1 scoop, there is no need for apples

    Post-workout:
    2 scoop of whey
    1 scoop of Caseinate
    10 g glutamine
    5 g creatine

    Meal 5:
    6-8 oz of chicken, tilapia, salmon, or lean ground beef.
    15 spears of asparagus.
    1 tbsp. flaxseed oil


    Before bed: 2 tbsp. of psyllium husk fiber

    Very interesting. I'd need some more carbs but that sounds delicious. Throw in some n2slin and GEAR(n2bm) & you're on a straight route to gains-ville!!

    That psyllium husk is goos stuff. I like the idea of nslin and gear with this. That would really compliment this diet well.

    I actually like the taste of flaxseed oil.. Ground flaxseed is great too but has a different profile than the oil

    Meal 3:

    1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
