    Post some pics as well.

Also any info about diet and training would be nice!
Pics will probably come at some point.

My diet stays pretty consistent year round at around a 45/40/15 macro ratio. This will be around maintenance level calories with a slight defecit created by my training expenditure. I've been doing this a LONG time, and for me slow and steady on fat loss always wins the race. It's more a recomp strategy per se, but I dont like big increases or decreases when it comes to calories.

Awesome. From what I've heard it's pretty good stuff. Right now it's too early for me on the 2nd day, but I do like the solubility of it. It mixes and suspends well in the solution without clumping. That's a positive

I like details so could you please elaborate a bit more on this endurance benefit.
So what magnitude of difference are we talking about here?

Gw increases your Vo2 max and will make cardio a breeze.

Endurance increase is one of its biggest benefits. GW is a very widely and commonly used PED in the world of endurance based sports for a huge reason.

For most of us it's hard to "track" other than increasing the speed or incline on the treadmill, cardio intensity, etc while maintaining the same HR.

Endurance runners that track time are a good way to track it, but I personally dont run.
