Well, today was day 4 and there are evident signs of endurance increases already. I didn't have time for cardio, but my rest and recovery time between sets was decreased. I also was less winded.

Today was also my regularly scheduled 8 week blood donation. My resting HR and BP were down a little from baseline already.

These are all good signs of things to come

    Okay gotcha.
What about strength stamina? Like more reps or so?
    Any benefit on that aspect?

I train pretty heavy and intensely, so nothing noticed on that front. More or less just less time recovering between sets.

I'm sure for more pump based workouts, higher rep schemes, etc that benefit would be there but I pretty much stick in the 8 to 12 hypertrophy range with sets close to or at failure.

Today is an active rest day. No weights but cardio only at home. I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes and at 10% incline I went to 3.7 mph instead of my normal 3.5 while keeping my hr in my normal 140 or so target range. And as before I was less winded, and felt like I wanted to just keep going after the session was over. Its day 6 so to me that's pretty impressive less than a week in

love it bro... it will only increase consistently now... you already know how this goes... each week your vo2max will substantially increase... just push yourself a bit more each time and you will continue to over exceed expectation...
