    Tuesday
Usual late start. I made sure to warm up and loosen my lower back a little (my left lower side is a little stiff and sore).
    Two Hand Pinch
Usual weight x 3 sets of 8 reps (I had to reset my hands on the 2nd and 3rd set - like a few seconds to do so).

Have you ever experienced any severe inflammation or something like that due to that massive amount of work you do your forearms?

Need a source for Sarms or N2BM products in Finland?

Not really. I got a touch of elbow tendonitis which was more from the pressdowns on triceps. And it's all relative as the volume is still low like most of my workouts.

I wonder if your grip training would translate well to arm wrestling.

You're not the first to ask.
