God damn....warm sticky night, figured it would be a good change of pace to break out the sandbag for the first time in a while...holy shit...never remembered 80 lbs feeling so heavy...
Circuit(no rest between exercises)
Sandbag shouldering(6 each side)
30 second bearhug walk
Bent rows(8)
30 second bearhug walk
Front squats(8)
30 second bearhug walk
Rest 60 seconds
Repeat circuit 4 more times...
20 minutes later, out of breath and drenched with sweat, I'm spent...
Gonna start doing these twice a week to go with my 2 heavy lifting days---think this will help shred some fat quicklike...adding in a cardio day as well...
