Second Cycle

Hello. First of all, good shit in these forums keep it up people useful stuff in here!

Alright so i am 23, 1.78m height, born on 1995. Being training since 15 here and there. In 2017 i did my first cycle. Started at 70kg ended at 83kg. The cycle was 12 weeks week 1-10 test 500mg weekly week 1-4 dianabol 30mg daily and week 8-10 winstrol 30mg..

I am currently at 71kg cause i stopped going to the gym due to my father getting cancer and as a student here in Greece i had to work to pay my bills help my father plus university so i didnt have much time. So now everythings good and i wanna go to a second cycle.
I want to be around 80-82kg but ripped. So what should i take to be that? Started lifting again for a month now and diets on point.
I will post 2photos how i was 2 months after the cycle plus 1 of my current state.

No, no and no. You were too young (aged 21). You're too young now (aged 23) and you weigh 1-kilo more than before your previous cycle.
 
Ouch, you've started this thing pretty early.
Not only is your age a big red flag here but also the fact that you just started lifting again and now you are about to start cycling again.
My question is what's the rush? Why don't you take your time and let the muscle memory do it's magic first and maybe then re-consider your plans?

This. I've never ever done this. EVER. And it kinda annoy's me that people think that way. What's with the 'I lift ergo I need to take drugs'? Lift, see how you get on then consider. The OP does seem to have taken my earlier advice so...
 
Alright i am going to keep lifting i guess.. Anyway i was thinking getting on the drugs in 2 months or so around end of may.. My body is already changing really fast as i see. i guess that muscle memory really do exists
 
look man, i am going to tell you the truth.. whether you listen to me or not is up to you

1. the younger you use steroids the faster you burn your HPTA permanently
2. you look great in those pics, but you are very RAW. you have very virgin muscles that are very new, so you need to build more muscle memory. look at my avatar, can you tell the difference in someone who has lifted for 25 years vs. someone who is young?
3. you don't need steroids to lift weights. everyone always thinks that telling someone to be patient in this game is telling them to not weight train.. WRONG! in fact i think every teenager should lift weights properly. great thing.

Ohhh and forgot to ask you if anyone could help me. I am into kick boxing so i am doing right now 3 times full body workouts at the gym and the other days im going for kick boxing and running.. Could anyone make me like a diet plan just to have an idea what you thinking
 
use your head man... dont waste all the potential you may have using steroids this young... nothing good will come from it...

i dont know anyone thats going to sit and write you a diet plan man... you have to find someone that has nothing to do all day and is well off enough to work for free...
 
Alright well i am not taking anything you convinced me.. So i am eating like:
meal1: 200gr oats with 250ml milk
meal2: arabic bread 100gr with 5 eggs and some peppers and cheese
meal3: 250gr of meat(depents the day) with 150gr of carbs and some greens
going to the gym them coming back eating a banana
meal4: same with meal 3
mealt5: 250gr yogurt with some honey and peanuts
 
Capitalize on those great natural gains at your age while you can. You are in the best years of your life for that
