    Shedding the fat

    I haven't shed some fat in a long time and the time to get shredded is long overdue.

    I plan to cut w/o AAS though, but still using metabolic stimulants.

    Question is, how long after my current bulker should I wait before altering my diet from its current mind blowing proportions to something a little tamer and leaner?

    I would determine your caloric breakeven point and hold there for a month. That in itself along with weight training and cardio should be a good start. Then start cutting calories about 250 a day for a few weeks until you stop loosing then lower calories another 250 a day and continue onward. Cardarine and sr9009 can be used along with a good fat burner. However most people reach for fat burners too soon. Best to use them once weight loss has stalled. Eating clean unprocessed foods, get plenty of sleep and keep your training progressive. Taking L Carnitine before training can help along with apple cider vinegar w/the mother first thing in the morning. Good luck

    You should always eat clean. This idea that you cut calories to lean and add calories to bulk does not work long term. Only for pre contest. The reason is the body can either add fat or burn fat. And why do we ever need to add fat ? Never.

    Yoi should always be eating clean, and not going into ridiculous excess when bulking. That said it at least maintenance until after you are recovered from your bulk cycle and the start your cut

    you need to restructure your diet and incorporate some cardio..
    don't subtract too much food too quick because you hit a plateau and you will still need to remove more food from that amount but if you have such a little amount to start with w nothing to subtract from..
    .you will feel like a million bucks if you try to lose as much weight as possible naturally and then go on your cycle you'll feel great

    completely agree a million percent... just because you hear the word "bulk" doesnt mean you just start eating anything and everything in sight... you still eat clean... you just take in more of what you have... how much depends on how much you want to gain but far too many people take the word bulk as a license to eat like a fucking pig and thats just not how it works
