Should guys over 54 be on TRT, even if they don't lift?

Should guys over 54 and have testosterone on the lower range(including those not clinicly low test) be on TRT, even for those who don't lift?
    What's your take on this?

If their T levels are clinically low, then yes.

why are you picking a random number like 54? just thought that was weird number to choose out of the blue

anyone can get trt these days and you can do self TRT. there are 19 year olds getting put on it even.

the truth is most people don't really need it, but they want it anyway. and if you take too much of it then you WILL reduce your life expectancy

i've discussed this a lot on my podcast. if you have a legit medical reason to use TRT then by all means get on it, but if you just are too lazy to do a pct, or you are mentally too weak to experience what its like to go through a post cycle recovery process, or don't want the trouble then you shouldn't do it. those aren't legit reasons to pin your ass weekly for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. also you should exhaust remedies to fix low T before hopping on TRT. TRT should be treated as a last option, this isn't choosing which restaurant to eat out at for dinner.

i've had clients with 800 test levels who went to an anti aging clinic and was prescribed trt. these scam clinics operate with no licenses and no real doctors work there, they merely send your info to some doctor somewhere else and they write a script. they have zero reason to give a shit about your health or well being, they just want to make $$$ of of you which is a huge conflict of interest.

i cannot stress enough you should always go to a legit medical doctor who is well reviewed and i don't mean pulling fake reviews off of google that the staff and their family put up either. and that doctor needs to spend more than 2 minutes discussing the subject because it is a HUGE LIFELONG commitment. i cannot tell you how many people have regretted doing it but once you do it you are stuck forever. people spend more time researching a car purchase then their own health

I agree with you. I picked the number 54 because in my culture that's the upper limit for middle-aged

Yes. In fact most who are on TRT don't lift. It's just that you're on a forum where people do so it seems like they do. I don't - I'm older than 54.

Yes some guys over 54 have very low testosterone levels, T levels go down as you age that's normal but they don't feel well. Thats why many jump on TRT.

You're gonna be so fucked, or change your mind, when you're older.
