Hey guys I am making a rare post because I got a problem. I am a waterholic and drink usually 1-2 gallons a day. I’m one of those guys at the gym you see carry around a gallon of water and literally drink the whole thing while I workout. I am currently using MK677 nutrobal and love how it pumps me up but I don’t like the water retention. I think I have gained like 10 pounds on it. Should I start using diuretics for this water or do I need to drink less or more water?
