Stop worrying about health

So many write about health health this health that there’s plenty who smoke live until 90 genetics you cannot change your genetics repeat you cannot change your genetics we are born with a set of genes at birth that will determine are longevity sure making certain choices in your life will prolong your life expectancy but someday due to your dna you will die of something be it cancer stroke heart attack or lucky just old age

Nobody can afford every test to check calcium score heart function

so..
the take home message is do what you love everyday live in the moment don’t stress about the future nor the past things you cannot change or see coming yet make health choices but remember this all in your dna

And lastly Tell loved ones everyday how much you love and appreciate what they do for you and be a humble good human as best as you can we all make mistakes many mistakes but today we can change

Let’s live in the now…

Both are factors not just genetics.

Lifestyle plays a huge role in your heart health and that may be the one organ that is very much affected long term by your mood.

Genetics will only take you so far.

Yeh u could smoke 2 packs of ciggs a day and die at 90. But how well could u pump that little hottie at the gym... Ya fuckin couldn't, cause u couldn't fucking breathe.

Health and wellbeing = happyness.
I'd rather die being healthy and happy at 60. Than smoking/drinking being a grumpy fukwit and live to 90.

Also given medical technological advancements, including that of artificial intelligence, we may well live for hundreds of years. I might live forever.

One side issue - we are living longer due to medical aid but being old and fucked (more so with the dementia etc) is far from ideal.

Medical advancements help us Not just live longer, but with increased quality of life.
Certainly there are plenty of old miserable people that want to die.
My grandmother was so old and ready to die, that the nurses had said all she has to do is stop all her medications and she will die. So she did, and within a few days sure enough she died.
Legal euthanasia.

But I'm early 30's give it another 30 plus years of exponential medical/technological growth and we should expect to live longer with Better quality of life than any old person alive today... But many orders of magnitude.

I read a scientific article stating People being born now are said to live to well over 150.

Gotta remember, every visit to the doctor and every blood test you get is life extension.
Annd it's critical to ensure our knowledge of medical tests ect are sound.

Because these GP'S in Australia suk. They barely speak English, anything more than antibiotics u need a specialist.

My uncle had elevated PSA tests for several years but the GP dismissed it, now he has aggressive prostate cancer...

50 year old at work had a stroke, skinny. But he could have had his arteries in his neck xrayed or whatever and they could have prevented that stroke.

It's all prevention but without the health care of a Hollywood actor you really need to be knowledgeable and proactive as an individual.

1000% in every country in the world that isn't war torn EXCEPT ironically the USA which has seen life expectancy actually DROP lol. People in India are almost caught up to americans. why? cause americans want their 'FREEDUMB'. this means don't tell us what to eat and don't us that we are obese, don't tell us to listen to our doctors, don't tell us we have to wear a seat belt, don't tell us to wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle, don't tell us we can't text and drive, don't tell us its not healthy to eat out. its our FREE DUMB!!. the average american weighs close to 60 pounds more than they did 100 years ago. wonder why we live less longer?? imagine without the medical advancements how long we would live. Americans would be dead at 40

Up to a point. I'd say myself and many others of my generation are in far better 'nick' than those of my fathers and grandfathers when they were my age now. However, with the odd freakish exception, being PHYSICALLY capable via hip and other joint replacements and or on meds to enable you to move etc is fine... it's the mental stuff. Hence my specific mention of dementia. There's zero point, from a 'me' view, to be able to run around the like if you have no idea what day of the week it is. There's a TON of very sad videos where a elderly parent is taken out for a meal and don't recognize the kids buying their food.

If I ever became a vegetable I would pay to be injected to sleep and die why keep humans alive suffering like that or with dementia seeing them rub shit on the walls and themselves yes they do this

your last memory isn’t the good times but the worst times they wouldn’t know who you are that’s what you remember

A dog is put down in pain same should be applied

Dementia sounds Truely horrible...

It seems we are born into this world helpless and typically go out the same way.

The nurse iv been fucking adds perspective. She'll have say a 90 year old patient, the nurse tries to help her wipe her ass. But the 90 year old refuses but its her strength in holding onto every last day in being able to wipe her own ass. Cause the day she let's the nurse do it, is the day she steps that one step closer to death, just the psychological step of losing ur independence. Unable to wipe ur own ass, I supose u lay there in the hospital bed going through the psychological processes and basically wait for death.
It's shit.
I hope the creation of true digital super intelligence creates technology's in our lifetime that would have basically taken humans say 40 thousand years.
Soooo I hope I don't die. Ever. It sounds ludacrous but it's plausible.
As long as the AI doesn't destroy all humans.
