    Strained rotator cuff

I have a strained rotator cuff that is taking its sweet ass time to heal. Are there any compounds that can help speed up, or at least aid, the healing/recovery process? (Yes I know about Ice and Compression, which I do on a daily basis). As long as my shoulder is out, I can't do chest, and chest is my favorite (and severely lagging) muscle group.

While drugs can help to speed up the process a bit I think rest is still your best option at this moment.
How badly is it injured and have you gotten it looked by a doctor (MRI scan)?

Make sure you are properly rehabbing it, with band work etc.

Rehab, rest, and HGH. That's about all that will help. It can take months to heal. Be patient.
