    Strength is going down, sarms?

    My strength has been down for a while for the past few months. I think i am just not doing well
    looking to possibly try sarms but not sure what dosages
    I was benching 255 3 months ago, now my max is down to 235. Im 61 and 156 pounds and 23 yrs old

    Ebbs and flows my bro,ebbs and flows,no supplements yet bro get your training up to scratch,be consistent,many factors why you can lose strength,is it that time of month,lol,nah just kidding bro,could be diet,rest,mood,energy etc.get some creatine and stay hydrated to max.pkenty of time to experiment with compounds be it sarms or steroids,no rush lad

    this could be a lot of things.. it doesnt immediately mean you need to start taking ped's... what you need to do is think about how you can eliminate stresses in your life as well as taking a look at your sleeping patterns... Then you need to consider switching up your workout routine, diet etc.. you are not even attempting to fix this situation, which is likely easily fixable and just jumping to ped's... thats not the answer right now

    you cannot boost strength in a linear fashion. that isn't how our bodies work at all

    I've had issues like this in the past. What does your diet and training look like daily? Your height/weight tell me your not eating enough.
    You may need a deload week or a tweek to your training. When you lift heavy it taxes your CNS and this will accumulate if you don't give your body a break. Drugs will not change this.

    You cannot, nor should you, be able to bench the same non stop. I peak 1-2x a year. Then I ease off before looking to peak again

    Try adding 10mgs lgd4033 10mgs yk11 and 25mgs andarine s4 that will help you get strong and 3 caps ostazol before you train
