Not really. Muscles (more so on gear) grow crazy quick vs the connective tissue.

weight training dries out joints, compresses the spine, decreases mobility and flexibiilty.

you better be either doing yoga on your own or going to classes to reverse all that or i can guarantee you will get hurt. had i done that years ago i would not have torn my rotator cuff and had 3 herniated discs. nobody told me that, but luckily I am here preaching this as much as i can.

also i suggest n2jointrx. it works

I think most of us sometimes forget how important is flexibility when we are trying to build our body up, for some is yoga what helps which has tons of different ways to be done, for some is pilates what helps and for some is just simple stretching every day what helps but I would say if you choose and activity that focuses on strength for your joints, some hot yoga can be pretty good and you'll start to feel them better in a matter of weeks if you dedicate a little time every day to it

Rest and stretching help. Other than that, it just takes lots of time training to strengthen them. Using gear allows your muscles to far outpace your connective tissue unfortunately.

Connective tissues strengthen over time. That's why it's important to build a good natural base before using anything

Have you been lifting heavy-heavy? This is going to sound sacrilegious to some, but maybe lower the weight a bit and increase the reps. Work both your fast and slow twitch muscles. Might give your tendons and ligaments a chance to play catch up...? Might be hitting it too hard

Stretch it, ice it, rub it, heal it...
