Struggling hitting a plateau, need sarms

I think sarms are a good option for me because I'm not in the best condition and shape. I'm a natural weightlifter and I can't seem to shake my current stats no matter how hard I try. My goals are to get in better shape and lose body fat. I'm about 22% body fat and I run a 11 minute mile. what is the best sarms stack for my situation. I am 29 years old

Best sarms stack if cardarine gw 20mgs + testolone rad140 20mgs with cardazol preworkout. Stack it and see how it goes, 12 weeks.

That's kinda slow and your bodyfat is kinda high. Work on your fitness.
 
If you are stuck at 22% body fat it is definitely diet related. Try some fasting or eat in a 4-5 hour window each day. As for SARMs, I would run Cardarine for sure and maybe add something like LGD.
 
Yeah, admitting you're not in shape says more about your approach than the need for a magic bullit. Sarms may improve your numbers for a bit, but once you stop you'll still be the same slow, fat out of shape guy.

Take care of that first and then use PRD's to break past the natural plateu -- not the other way around.
