Hit Biceps and back pretty hard. Once everything really starts to kick in, I will be stacking the weight more. Right now we're just focusing on time under tension.

Had a wicked pump going on. Could actually see veins sprawling across my biceps. felt great. Too bad you cant ever be as big as your pump. Forever chasing it.
Went to nutri shop and used their body comp machine. Said I was supposed fast for 8 hours and not drink anything for 2 hours prior to testing, which I definitely did not do.
According to the machine;

Body water 129.4
Visceral fat 10
BMI 32
Total body score 92 (very fit or carrying a lot of muscle)
Not sure how far off it is since I wasn't fasted or not drinking anything.
