I always just add extra broccoli to my meals to get me through. Good filler with little calories added

Eat foods that are high in fiber, also ginger. Drink coffee. And drink a lot of water.

You can add just good healthy fat...or apple cider vinegar or just do IF

you don't need to go hungry to lose fat.

try separating meals and stop avoiding fats and carbs like you see the gurus promoting these days.

its about 9am where I am and I literally have zero appetite and won't eat until much later today.. that is what IF is all about. and when i do eat i don't sit there and count out calories either. but i eat the RIGHT THINGS.

also don't confuse hunger for dehydration.. a lot of times you might wake up 'hungry' but then you down a glass of water and the hunger is gone. you were thirsty.. remember the body is made up of mostly water

Tips for dealing with hunger -
1. Hot drinks help immensely with hunger. Especially green tea.

2. Carbonated drinks add volume to your stomach and make you feel full. I drink perrier constantly when pre-contest dieting.

3. Stay busy. If you are constantly occupied you won't noticed how hungry you are.

4. Mindfully eat. Don't eat while on the computer or infront of the television.

5. Caffeine greatly cuts appetite -> be careful with this one. Too much caffeine will burn out your adrenal glands and raise cortisol levels

6. Supplement with 10g psyllium husk before bed. Psyllium husk is a soluble fibre and gels up in your stomach, leading to an increased feeling of satiety.

What I've found works pretty well is to consume a lot of fluids (coffee, water, diet drinks etc), eating lots of veggies (increasing the volume of your meals) and trying to be as active as possible. And with this I mean just doing different things like cleaning your house, playing video games, watching movies etc, something that gets you out from thinking of food. You guys know where I'm getting at?
