does anyone take supplements for iron, zinc or copper after donating, low iron causes lethargy and also slows the rebound of hemoglobin. I found this very interesting and thought if thats the case zinc blocks estrogen production so I'm probably low as well after donation and should be supplementing all 3

It's not bad to supplement zinc, however be careful supplementing iron if you don't need it. Whole blood donation every 8 weeks shouldn't really cause issues.

No there womt be any issues whatsoever. I donate every 8 weeks. It helps keep things in range and not elevated. Last thing you want to do is try to raise them after donating

Blood donation can cause low iron levels if donating to much. They check you’re hemocrit not you’re iron levels when donating.
