I’m currently on TRT and wanting to run a blast for the summer. Here’s what I’m thinking:
12 weeks
Test Cyp - 450/ week
NPP - 450/ week
Tbol - 50 mg/ day
Goal = lean mass
Should I switch to Test P? My current TRT is Cyp so I thought I’d keep it the same…
If I do keep Cyp should I assume I split it and inject with the NPP at 150 EOD?
How long should I run the Tbol, and do you prefer to run at the beginning or end of the cycle?
Experience:
This will be my 4th cycle. Most recent was 2 years ago Test/Tren/Mast.
Been on TRT as prescribed for 4 months -
150 mg Test Cyp (inject Friday)
1000 iu HGH (500 iu troche Wed/Thur)
0.5 mg Anastrozole with Friday injection
Stats:
6’2’’
220
BF % - mid/ high teens (estimated) - Smart scale says 24 but I think it’s BS.
Biceps - 17.25 in
Chest - 43.25 in
Waist - 37 in
What supporting supplements should I take?
If I cruise back on the TRT dose what should I do (PCT) following the blast?
Currently working out following a 5/3/1 program compound lifts 4 days/ week. 2 days light weight arms/ full body. 1 day off.
