    Test/primobolan/anavar log

    That link is “view only” but it has every single cycle I have done and can be viewed using the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet. It’s Google Sheets and viewable with any browser.

    I hope to maintain a thorough log, however, life gets in the way at times. I work with students and laptops all day long. There are times I come home and don’t even want to see a laptop let alone my cellphone.

    Height: 5’ 11”
    Weight:203 pounds (I was 225 back in February). I always have to remind myself that this is not a weight loss competition. I am perfectly content with my weight.
    Caliper pinch Parillo method: July 2022, 9.61% (208 pounds)

    Abdominal 13mm. 3

    Total Points: 76
    Stage points should be 25-23 points. My last show I came in at 22 points.

    Pre cycle lab work: all markers were “within range” except my testosterone was “low” per my TRT doctor. I actually stopped my injections hoping the TRT doctor would increase my dose and he did. TRT doctor increased my dose to 200mg per week. My estradiol was a little wonky and I am currently steady with the arimidex. I have more lab work scheduled 9-13-2022 to see if my estradiol levels are back to where I like them to be.

    The cycle is pretty straight forward:
    12 week cycle
    Weeks 1-12
    Test cyp 200mg per week (pharmaceutical grade prescribed by my TRT doctor)
    Test prop 100mg per week (Geneza: I have some extra vials of test prop that I have been wanting to use up.
    Primobolan 600mg per week (Pharmaqo)

    Weeks 6-12
    Anavar 50mg per day split dose (Dragon Pharma)

    I have to be cautious of how I run testosterone because I am so prone to acne. I am a former Accutane user and I can immediately tell when acne occurs. Initially, my test dose was 350mg/week and no other compounds, however, the acne showed up. I went back to my TRT dose (200mg) until the acne cleared and then slowly went back to 300mg/week. I have considered closely increasing to 400mg but I am not sure if it is worth it. I DO listen to to the advice of others and their podcasts.

    PCT: I am on TRT since 2017.

    I have the ancillaries for liver protection: I have always used NAC and tudca. I always have lab work mid cycle, sometimes twice mid cycle to check for hepatic values as well as testosterone and estradiol levels. Sometimes I request my doctor to order them; sometimes I order the labs myself online. I am very open with my doctor; she knows what I do. She hates it but does not interfere. In the past, I have had elevated hepatic values with anavar; my doctor has never been concerned with the values.

    Nutrition: I am using a basic competition cut nutrition plan. I probably will not update the nutrition much as it simply does not change except on Sunday when I carb up a little more. However, my coach literally changed my program today. We are focusing on hypertrophy and power. It is lower reps with heavier weight. This is something a bit new to me so we will see how this goes. I am not used to repping out just 3 heavy reps. It’s an 81 day program. The goal is to increase the size of my back as shows are won from the back. I am considering competing in the Arnold Amateur but, honestly, I am not sure that I would like that show since most of my shows (Kentucky Muscle, Chicago Pro and Muscle Extravaganza (I am not pro), and The Tricky Jackson Classic) have been small to medium sized. I have to weigh the pros and cons of competing in such a high caliber show. These competitions add up financially and can easily cost $2,000 by the time everything is added up. Is it worth the money to potentially win a plastic trophy with a Dymo label?

    I have three meal plans all with the same food. To be fair, I am consistent with breakfast and lunch. I do change up my evening meals and I do have Taco Tuesday. I am allergic to wheat; therefore, all of my food is gluten free. I am not doing all of the cardio listed; I limit myself to 30 minutes of fasted morning cardio about 3-4x per week, only, for the time being. Nutrition plan credit: Dave Uhlman

    I do not use GDA Max for the time being. Honestly, if I could have all of the money I have spent on supplements, I could retire.


    Ok here we go !!

    We are going with a carb cycling program to start. You will see the schedule of what days to do what plans below. I would try to put your larger lift days on the higher calorie days as well.

    Mon - plan A
    Tue- plan B
    Wed- plan B
    Thur- plan A
    Fri- plan B
    Sat-plan B
    Sun- plan C


    Plan A:

    Macros :
    Cal: 2257
    Pro:197g
    Carb:236g
    Fat:50g


    Wake :
    (1) lipo black ( Nutrex ) or similar
    2000mg L Carnitine
    2.5mg Yohimbine HCL

    Cardio :
    6 days of 40 min. Any kind of fine just get heart rate up and sweat. I prefer this fasted in the morning before eating. If you have to do it after training later on in the day then that will have to do. But I would at least get a few days a week in the morning


    Meal 1:
    Egg whites : 200g
    X large whole egg: 2
    Oats : 80g
    (1) GDA Max + ( Nu Ethix brand )
    30mg DHEA
    3000 mg fish oil
    Any other sups you take are fine as well

    Meal 2:
    Cooked chicken breast: 130g
    Cooked Basmati rice : 180g

    Meal 3:
    Ump protein : 50g
    Quaker Carmel or chocolate rice cakes : 2
    Almond Butter : 10g

    Pre workout or mid day if not training
    (1) lipo 6 Black
    2000mg L Carnitine
    2.5mg Yohimbine Hcl

    Intra workout:
    Creatine : 15g
    Glutamine: 15g
    Bcaa : 15g
    Citruline malate: 6g
    Beta alanine: 6g
    I mix this with Crystal light or some other type of sugar free drink mix. I sip this the first half of training and then drink water after.

    Meal 4:
    Cooked chicken breast: 130g
    Cooked red potatoes: 200g
    (1) GDA Max +

    Meal 5:
    Cooked lean ground beef 92%: 120g
    Cooked Sweet potato: 250g

    IMPORTANT THINGS!!!!!!

    Water is 1.5-2 gal a day. You can use calorie free mix like mio, crystal light, or even Kroger brand to flavor water.

    Pretty much anything calorie free or 5 cal at most is ok. I tend to snack on sugar free jello , pickles , and veggies when I’m hungry. They help. For condiments I use sugar free maple syrup on my French toast and sweet potatoes, low sugar ketchup , and little salsa on my meat.

    I want four meals a day of 1/4 iodized sea salt added. Make sure your pre-training meal has the salt in it. And then any other three is fine
