    Test prop cycle advice

    I have been working out since College religiously. I'm now 35 years old, 225 lb with 14% body fat. I eat every 2 to 3 hours clean but I have put on some mass since I got out of the military. and not the best Mass. I'm looking to use 300 mg per week of testosterone propionate for 10 weeks along with some aromasin. Any other advice to help me cut down?

    Thats a weak test cycle, add some winstrol to it 50mgs/day and some cardazoly daily

    Cutting comes from diet. Not drugs

    when you eat every 2-3 hours you build up insulin resistance. that makes it very hard to lose fat, in fact it trains your body to store fat

    learn about fasting, once you learn about it you can use steroids and lean up

    Not using steroids to cut.

    A steroid cycle will not help you cut down man. You need to eat less. Eating every few hours is ridiculous. Try eating 1-2 times per day instead.
