    Test Prop / Winny Cutting Log

    First attempt at logging so not sure how great Iíll do. I intend to try and post a update at least once a week.

    Current Stats:
    Age: 24
    220.6 Lbs
    6í1Ē

    Little back story, I ran cycles as a teen which turned around to bite me as I got older. I am currently on week 3 of TRT. Due to having multiple symptoms of low T I had my bloods tested. First test came back at a 296 testosterone level second came back at 169. Currently taking Test Cyp @ 200mg EW along with 400 IU HCG EW. Little cycle history below before jumping into current cycle.

    Cycle History:
    Testosterone Cyp - 12 weeks
    Test Cyp / Deca - 12 weeks
    Test Cyp / Tren / Winny - 12 weeks Winny 4 weeks.

    Due to being way too young and dumb I failed to do everything correct which I assume is why I have the issues I have now. Itís been around 6/7 years since Iíve cycled.

    Current Cycle - Cut
    Test Cyp 200 EW split into 100mg M/TH
    Test Prop 100 EOD 6weeks
    Winny 50 4weeks
    Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
    HCG 400IU EW split twice per week M/TH

    First Pin of Prop was 2Days ago, Winny will be fully added in next week. Due to a physical test I have coming up next week I am holding off to avoid any extra calve / back pumps. I will have more blood work done in 4/5 weeks. However, due to having to have bloods done every 12 weeks by the TRT clinic I chose test prop in order to have enough time for my test to go back down to TRT levels. I intend to return back to my normal TRT regime after this cycle.

    Now into the training regime
    Training days are Saturday-Wednesday with Thursday/Friday as rest days.
    I utilize Dorian Yates Blood & Guts for my lifting routine. Iíve found it works well for me. I also include 3 days a week of CrossFit style HIIT training. Typically do 6 stations, 3 sets at each station broken up into 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. I am a big cardio person, I do cardio 5x per week. 1 long run day 3+ miles, 2 slow 2 mile days, and 2 sprint days.

    I began my cut in December of last year without any supplements. I started at 235 and I weighed 220.6 as of this morning. My goal is to be down between 205-200 by the beginning of June.

    good luck... i cant follow or get into this seeing how young you are... you are making a big mistake and you will definitely learn that as you get older but its your choice... good luck with everything

    what did you run as a teen? would love to hear more about that

    i know plenty of guys who ran steroids as teens and they all crashed their levels once they were in their 20's so that is why i am asking to hear your perspective. also would love to hear what made you use them so young and who convinced you to use them. my old co-host trevor used steroids young too because his mentor at the time told him "if you want to compete you need to run as much steroids as possible"

    I think heís already TRTíing guys, but it seems like thatís too high for TRT but anyway.. seems like too much test for the cycle bro.

    Due to your past cycle history I assume you ended up having to stay on TRT?
