Lean Greek God Summer Prep Cycle

I usually cruise on 120mg/week TRT but I'm starting this 18-24 week cycle tomorrow. Will adjust and or drop compounds to keep myself feeling healthy.

The Sauce
Test E 125mg E3D
Tren E 125mg E3D
Aromasin 12.5mg E3-6D
Prami .3mcg E3-6D
Winstrol 25mg ED
Proviron 25mg ED

Vitamins & Supps
Testolyze 3/day
B6 6/day
B12 1/day
Magnesium Citrate 1/day
Zinc 1/day
D3 1/day
Red Yeast Rice 1/day
1 Scoop Xtend BCAAs a day
1 Scoop Walmart Creatine a day
2 PEScience protein shakes a day

Nutrition
Going for 3-4 solid meals a day (3000-4000 calories)
I have pretty much unlimited access to most basic whole organic foods. Eggs, chicken, steak, salad, rice, greek yogurt, almonds, quinoa, and a lot of veggies. Also most types of hand baked breads for carbs.

My current stats:
27
6’2
235lbs
12-15% bf (fluctuates a lot due to high metabolism)

I plan on doing intense lean bulking workouts that I can find in the JEFIT app. (Awesome app btw)

Been training since I was 15. Started out at a powerlifting gym and played sports all through high school and college. Lots of different styles of training learned over the years.

This is going to be my 5th cycle. The only other compound I’ve ran in the past is Masteron. The most I’ve ever blasted in a cycle is
Test/Tren/Mast E 500 across the board for 18 weeks. I absolutely blew the fuck up and gained about 30 lbs of muscle. This was my 2nd cycle.

My goal with this cycle is to become as aesthetically pleasing as possible while still feeling really great and healthy going into the summer.
Possibly will do a cycle log for you bros as I progress through this one :)

I would just say two things. You cannot run winstrol remotely that long. It has way too negative an impact on health values, and 6 weeks is really about the safe limit. I also don't recommend running tren for an entire cycle of that length, since it also has negative health impacts. As cycles get longer, you will also see less returns due to myostatin buildup, and this is why a large amount of people don't go beyond 16 weeks.
 
i agree with PON i also would focus on less how many calories you get but more on natural foods in a 2-6 hour window. you have an excellent frame right now, now it is time to take things to the next level but don't fuck it up by following the cookie cutter diets everyone parrots

I totally agree with this. Winny for that long will be a health concern for sure!
 
just as PON said, there are certain stuff you can't be running for that long. I wouldn't recommend you to go in such a long cycle with winstrol
