500mgs a week seems standard right?

On cycle my dealer suggested i use letrozole. Do you recommend i run that daily or weekly with the test? Also aside from clomid what else do i need for pct?

How many calories are you eating daily?
I’m currently on my first cycle, you really don’t need 500mgs (in my opinion)
I’m on 400.
Weight is up 6kgs at the 5.5 week mark.
And I’m leaner than when I started.
Aromasin (I feel) is better for beginners
Myself included.
Makes it pretty simple.
12.5mg Every 2 days from beginning of cycle.
Then adjust if needed.
Get blood work done.
Before you start.
And at the 4 week mark to make sure your eostrogen levels are within range.

letro is good to have on hand JUST IN CASE

but no it is an awful AI to use on cycle cause it is too harsh

i recommend aromasin as my #1 AI

Test only for first cycle is a good decision,run aromasin instead of letro,start your test dose at 250-300,titrate up only if all is on check at week 4 or 5,500mg is the max for gym bros,really no more is needed,that's when you add other anabolics in,but not to fast turbo,I'm talking future cycles,I hate pct,therefore I am on trt or a cruise between cycles,there is a full pct sticky for the rundown check it out

We need to know your history. Training, diet, how long etc. Test 500mg wouldnt be a bad first but a lot more to it. I would use arimedex

dont use letrozole it will kill estrogen

I suggest you use testosterone and aromasin instead

500mgs testosterone/week
10mgs aromasin/eod
