Weight- 101kgs
Supplementation as of now- none. Thinking about taking a multivitamin daily soon.
Work- tradie. So lots of physical labour.
Training- 3-5x a week currently
Body- definitely have shrunk a little. Bit more pudgy around the mid section. But I reckon that’s to do with my below average diet and drinking.
