    Time off

K, ive gathered that it's somewhat standard to take the same amount of time off as on, but my question is, does that time start from the last injection, the beginning of pct or the end of PCT? or does it really matter?

Including end of pct. I would say it matters. Give your body a breather, get clean then come back even stronger for the next cycle.

Time on + pct. so if you did 12 weeks of long ester, take 20 weeks off.

Asked and answered often. Time off is AFTER PCT.

Time ON + PCT = Time OFF.
And like Mobster said Time OFF starts after your PCT is over.

I have always taken three months off between cycles, including time spent on PCT, which enables me to run two cycles per year: a January through March bulking cycle; and a July through September cutting cycle. So my off-time does not account for my PCTs. But that's just me. It may not work for others.
