Timing of nolva and clomid during PCT

    hi guys,

I'm 1 week into using nolva (40mg) and clomid (50mg) with ostarine, cardarine, HC Generate ES and SR as per perfect PCT protocol recommended dosages.
Aside from feeling a bit like shit, I'm really experiencing stomach pain and bloating.
When do you guys take your nolva and clomid?
I'm currently taking everything at once in the morning, mid breakfast. Is there a recommended timing for clomid and nolva?
could ostarine be also involved in this?

    Thanks!

PS: my cycle was 14 weeks of test E (250mg) + EQ (600mg)

honestly, it makes no difference whatsoever what time of day you take your ancillaries... i generally just used them at night when i was doing pct before i got on trt... i always dose sarms in the morning however just because there is always the potential they could effect sleep.. thats person to person variant and theres no way to know if that would occur but i just do it that way... however it really makes no difference the time of day

This is something that doesn't get mention too often but for some clomid/nolva can cause slight nausea in the very beginning when you introduce those.
I am not sure if there are other things to do to mitigating those symptoms but having them with some food which you are already doing.

It really shouldn't matter but you might want to split them up. Just play with your dosing for a bit and see if it gets better.

It doesn't matter when you take them. Serms are some of the longest halflives you will find on something taken orally
