    Angry training abs

    I do abs like 4 times a week, I lean but still abs look so small!
    really getting sick of them being so small
    any one has idea how to get abs to be bigger? without HGH!

    Are you doing any weighted ab work?
    Like, weighted crunches, weighted leg lifts, etc.

    That helped me when doing just regular crunches and shit wasn't enough.

    Bro u only honestly really need to hit abs three times a week for like 10 min each time. If u didnt know already, ur abs are always hit indirectly when ur hitting ur other bodyparts. Just like ur muscles, ur abs may not be able to get big like u want them, due to ur genetics bro.

    Abs aren't like other muscles, they're long and thin. They won't grow much naturally (obviously anabolics change a few things lol). But even with anabolics, they aren't going to grow as much as one's quads, chest, biceps, etc (relatively, obviously).

    But for training them, don't forget that they need to be adequately stimulated like other muscles. You need to use weight. Don't be like all the thin idiots that brag about doing 100 situps per night or something. Use weight with the exercises, and treat them like other muscles. Be sure that you hit them completely -- stimulate your abs from both the top and bottom. And don't forget the obliques.

    So don't train them every day or something. Stimulate them like you do other muscle groups, and then give them time to recover.

    Work abs on the quantum machine. Twist the weight up to your chest and squeeze at the top.

    Like said, resistance training is one of the keys to stimulate growth of a muscle, abs included. And also touched on here is that abs are being worked to some extent while doing other exercises. This second point can be enhanced by warming up with ab work, and then being very mindful of starting every rep, cable pull downs for example, in your core. And when you do ab isolation work, change it up from day to day (i.e. cables, TUT, full motion, etc.).

    If you're doing Abs 4 Times a Week.
    You need to Ad some Weights in.
    Weighted Leg Raises, Weighted Crunches with Legs up on a Bench.
    Also, you need to Hit the Angles, using a Cable Machine is Very Good for that.
    Make sure that you're Squeezing Hard on the Contraction of every rep...................... JP

    Honestly u can train abs a 1000 diff ways but you won't see a thing without the proper duet to shed the fat.
