Do pros, with awesome (so probably better than you) genetics train EVERY day? No.
Nor should you.
Beyond the obvious that using steroids at 24 years old should never be done by anyone, overtraining is a huge detriment and can cause you an abundance of problems... I consistently overtrained for many years and it just ran me into the ground.. rest is IMPERATIVE not only to grow and stay healthy but also for your long term health... you will not be performing anywhere near where you could as you age... I assure you that as you get older, rest becomes more and more important if you want the longevity.. noone thinks about longevity and THAT is the most important aspect to all of this...
