I thought this would be the appropriate forum to ask this question, if not please take it down.
I have a new client transitioning from male to female and has been on HRT for about 3 months. She trained as a male and still shows signs of a slight base, and now she wants to work at being firm and defined. I know cardio is a given, but what I am wondering about is what would be the best rep range. I was thinking high, like 12-15, but since she is not eating to bulk perhaps 10-12 would be appropriate.
Any insight appreciated.
Do you charge for 2 clients in this situation?
