I’m gonna be doing trenbolone for the first time
My plan is trenbolone acetate 50mgs EOD
Anavar oxandrolone 30mgs daily and then doubling up the dose after a week
I’m 6’1’’ 30 years old and 234 pounds
How long would you run the tren and var?

i would run it like this:

var 50mg/day

I would recommend running tren at dose you planned,I would run Anavar at 60mg per day,as for duration,Anavar for 8 weeks and tren for 12 weeks,are you running testosterone with that bro,what's you post cycle plan,pct or cruise into another cycle down the road.all the best of bro
