    tren insomnia help

    hey I am using 350mg a week of trenbolone enanthate. I am on my 4th week and the dreaded tren insomnia has hit me hard. I usually get a solid 7 hours or more of sleep per night but now i am lucky to get 3 or 4. is there any tricks to solve trensomnia or do i just have to put up with it? I'm also having bad night sweats.

    No carbs after 6-7. I go to bed late ..
    Add some Proviron, or mast... Stay hydrated and cool also. Log your meals..and times. It may be adding to your insomnia.

    Upfront I have no experience with Tren. But if you’re losing that much sleep, and if you’re like me and have a hard time existing without enough sleep like you were run over? Then this is where I’d say why not find some Xanax? It’s knocks me out all night. A lot of the guys here aren’t on board with taking Xanax but you’re already running Tren, a synthetic steroid. What’s the difference adding a pharmaceutical medication? But if you don’t want to go that route and go a bit more holistic, get some raw Valerian root caps (amazon has’em) and “extra strength sleep time” tea. Pound that and also get some “calm magnesium” https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BPUY3W0...ing=UTF8&psc=1 it’s a fizzy drink you mix with warm water. It helps with relaxation at the end of the day. I use the calm mag each night

    Lol. I always found that to be funny. People hating on xanax when they are using drugs that aren't even approved for use in humans. You could also try a big dose of melatonin. The difference between 5mg and 20mg is not sleeping and being dead to the world. This has helped me with my insomnia while on cycle.

    Reduce dosage. Never need more than 200mg tren anyways
