Trenbolone cycle and stats

Here are my stats:
5’9’’ 210 pounds and 14% body fat
Looking to recomp here. I’m in my late 30’s
Would like to keep my weight but drop body fat
Trenbolone is what i want to use, never used it before
Should i start off with acetate and what dose is for a newbie?

300mgs trenbolone solo is a good one with n2guard, use enanthate
 
Personally, the mental sides from tren are not worth it. Plus, the sugar cravings would make a recomp hard for me. Oh, and recovering after sucks too

All that said, it turns me into a monster so that’s nice

I have only run enanthate, and have run it anywhere between 200-400 mg per week

I was the same way on enanthate but acetate was totally different for me.

The ester is just about how often to pin. That's up you
 
I love tren for a recomp. I would do 300mg per week. I prefer the long ester but that is up to you. At 300mg, the sides will not get crazy bad that you want it out of your system quick. That was the old logic of running the short ester first time you use it. I actually find the sides hit harder on the short ester because it is a faster build up than with the long ester.
