Approved Log TRT + SARMs LOG

First dose of sarms this AM. Not the greatest tasting things.... Weighed in at 221.8 which is the lowest yet. Normal diet today except for dinner. Went to a Brazilian steakhouse for the wife's birthday and ate my weight in meat 😬.

Training was dynamic lower. 10x3 Squats @ 250 superset with Pullups then a heavy triple deadlift, which has been a weekly progression for the past few weeks. Hit 435 last week and needed 445 today. Only got one. Damn weight felt like it was glued to the floor. Checked my training notes and this was actually a 5lb PR since losing all the Bodyweight. I've pulled 475 but that was 44lbs heavier so I'll take it. Hit two Squats on Monday over 500lbs so I'm sure that played a part as well. I'll drop the weight a bit for next week and crush the triple. Overall, feeling good.

The rest of the accessories included banded good mornings superset with box jumps, reverse hyper and GHD situps. No AM Cardio today.

On the sarms taste, mix with lemon or cranberry juice have you tried that?

nice man. i cannot stand those brazilian places. they put way way way too much salt and spices on their food.
 
Max Effort Upper today.
-1rm shoulder press for a 13.4lb PR @ 198.4.
-"Barry Dumbbell" drill. 5 minutes of continuous pressing, each arm for 2:30 straight while holding the opposite dumbbell in the bottom position. 100 reps each arm with 30s.
-5 sets of rolling Triceps extensions with 50s + AMRAP pushups.
-3 sets of 20 lunges + 15 power clean and press
-200 kb swing into high pull. 44lb.

Bodyweight 225 this morning. Makes sense after the massive dinner last night.
Normal boring diet today. Macro counting app upped me to 3200 calories because of my rate of weight loss. Trying to keep it at 0.5lbs per week to preserve muscle and strength. Current expenditure is just over 3400 calories a day. 2nd day on the SARMs. Mixed with Cranberry juice this morning. Much better.

Feeling good overall. Hitting daily step goal of 10k today. No other specific Cardio. Bodybuilding style back day on tap for tomorrow.

On my deadlifts Friday all but the top set felt heavy - bizarre right?

Day 3 on SARMs. Don't notice anything yet. Hit an accessory back day today consisting of pull downs 10x10, seated cable rows 5x10, rear flyes X 100 and worked on some conventional deadlift technique work. Typically always pull sumo but adding conventional in to address weak points.

25 min WOD. 500m row, 20 Bodyweight/Core exercises, alternating for the full 25.
Also did some high-rise training on shift and climbed 64 floors while wearing an airpack and breathing air.

Diet:
Breakfast: 5 eggs, 1.5 cups oats, 9oz fairlife 2%, 12g brown sugar, 30g sharp cheddar, handful of carrots

PWO: 2 scoops jocko molk, 60g NOW dextrose, 5g creatine, scoop of electrolytes.

Lunch: 8oz 93/7, bell peppers, 350g Jasmine rice, 30g sharp cheddar, handful of carrots.

Dinner: 8oz chicken breast, 200g Jasmine rice, 100g potato, handful of carrots.

3200 calories, 229g protein, 80g fat, 396g carbs. Multi vit, krill oil, D3/K2, B-complex, Cialis, Hepatik Defense. All ATP labs.

1rm deficit deads against bands on tap for tomorrow.

day 3 wont be much you need at least 2 weeks+ to notice things.

I checked your diet closely, I suggest bumping fats over 100grams add some fish oil if you need extra fats. Carbs can be 300grams with higher fats IMO.
