Using cardarine and cardazol together

I read that the cardazol and cardarine stack is hard to beat together if you want to boost your endurance and performance in the gym. My question is what is the best dosage for my situation. I am a 51 year old who has been out of the gym for about a year and I'm just now getting back I don't want to overdo it. How would you run them together for me?

I like cardarine and cardazol stacks, they are synergetic. 20mgs cardarine gw/day and 6 caps cardazol/day split dose, so AM after breakfast 10mgs GW + 3 caps cardazol then preworkout 10mgs GW 3 caps cardazol.

I'm presently stacking those two for the last couple weeks. I'm almost 64 and have an amazing amount energy all day and haven't taken a nap since I started. The best part you don't feel jittery. Its a smooth and calm all day energy. I was using kratom pre-workout for energy but now I have cut that out and no longer find it necessary.

I wouldn't. You said you don't wanna overdo it. So ease back into training and when you're ready to take it up a notch then use them
