    Want some positive reaffirmation on HGH

    I recently acquired 5 kits of HGH (5x20IU per kit) and was ready to rock until I started reading some of these sites that list numerous side effects. Would love any feedback to reassure me that I am not going to do more harm than good. I am 33 and in the worst shape of my life...6ft tall and about 220 and soft. I used test and deca during high school and college but I have never used HGH. Success stories, dosing info, safe duration to use it are all things I would like to know more about.

    What are you trying to do with HGH? Have you tried diet or something else before going to HGH ride away?

    First off HGH is not going to get you into shape. There is no easy way, hard work and dedication is a must with diet and training.
    You will be highly disappointed if thatís what you are thinking.

    Start with a low dose of 1 or 2iu a day. Work your way up too 3iu a day. Really donít need anymore then that and it will keep you in the safe zone with little to no sides.

    you can certainly use HGH but you won't get much out of it at 33.

    what exactly are you expecting from it? its not some magic thing that gets you into shape... i would start getting consistent with your diet and training before you do anything else and then reevaluate your goals along with what you are wanting to use

    I think youíre expecting to get back into peak shape asap and it doesnít work that way. You have to start from the beginning build a base. Diet and sleep are super important and a consistent workout program. Results will come over time. Stick at it!
