Water retention on cycle

What’s up everybody this is my first post. My question is how can I combat water retention on cycle I am running 500 test, 500 eq and using novadex for my AI. I have mast on hand and I’m debating on just pinning that because I am sick and tired of this water retention. Can anyone help??

nolvadex is not an AI, it is a serm

can it work to block estrogen? yes. but it won't disable the estrogen enzyme like a real AI will plus it hurts IGF-1. so get aromasin which is the most modern AI out there and what people today use

Yup, you'll need an actual AI like aromasin or arimidex to help with estrogen related water retention. However, remember that estrogen acts as a multiplier with AAS for muscle growth. You'll have less water retention but potentionally less muscle gains. You can also reduce salt intake, drink more water, use diuretics, and cardio.

Nolvadex is a SERM not an AI, aromasin or arimidex are an Ai

add either 0.25mgs arimidex ED or 10mgs aromasin ED thats Ai
